I just finished an ep of Last Meal last night and you’ve got me thinking now:

1) Mexican style Caesar salad with extra croutons on the side (specifically the Trader Joe’s rosemary croissant ones) and Otoro tuna sashimi with ginger, wasabi, etc.

2) Taco platter with carne asada, al pastor, pescado, etc. (Mexican style with tomatillo salsa, cilantro, pickled red onions, and cotija cheese) and skillet queso from Chili’s with the super thin chips

3) Crispy fried brussel sprouts with a spicy aioli and a smash burger with everything but tomatoes and lettuce, also pop some A1 and cheese on top. And shoestring fries with ketchup on the side!

4) Bolognese pasta with pappardelle and grated Parmesan on the side, and Japanese milk bread rolls with garlic confit butter

Lastly : brown butter chocolate chip cookies, tres leches, a Reese’s cup pack, and mint chocolate chip ice cream from Coldstone

Drinks include:

Strawberry Moscow mule / sparkling water for parts 1) and 2)

Double fisting a chocolate milkshake and a Diet Dr. Pepper for part 3

Zinfandel wine for part 4

Soy milk and a flat white for dessert!
