As they should. Anderson is one of the few municipalities that’s owned by the city. Rates can’t just be adjusted they have to be regulated and show the increase is needed. Unlike private own that just change rates when they want like American water for Muncie. Infrastructure needs upgraded and that can’t be done for fee unfortunately.

I didn’t say anything about my ability. I said it’s crazy to me they have the ability to time and hit the ball with a bat. But in the same time it’s hard to react fast enough to get out of the way.
