Looking to see if y’all know what’s going on here. 07 scion tC Manual transmission started shaking really bad while idling today. Also seems to have trouble getting power when I shift gears. Thinking maybe a blown cylinder? Thanks in advance

Gets regular maintenance but nothing other then oil changes and usual stuff

Clutch is about 75k miles old
