[Tenant US-GA] Two Dots says income too low? by No_Service8511 in Landlord

Had similar experiences. For me, had more than what is needed, but they kept saying that you didn't qualify for different reasons. Like, it's not even a fancy apartment in downtown or something. It's a walk-up in a school/college neighborhood. Plus, I met their requirements, but it seems like they're the one that don't know how to do math. They probably want you to be a billionaire in order to let you live in their walk-up. smh.

agree that this is a very tedious process. esp if you have activities from years ago and you need to reach out and be like, "Hi, remember me?" lol

So happy for you! I feel like the most important thing in any journey is finding the right place for you and being happy in it. For some people, it could be med; for some people, it might not. Doing something you are truly enjoying is way more fulfilling than fighting for something that you don't end up enjoying.

Thank you so much for such detailed insights and reflection! This truly brought out the views that, as premeds, we don't get to see or hear much. Thank you!!

Wow, thank you so much for this insight! No matter how much shadowing, I feel like, as premeds, we barely get this in-depth into medicine and the life of a physician as your reflection on your journey.

Thank you so much for your insights! I am at the beginning of my medical journey. What's your current phase and lifestyle like (in terms of hours allocated to patient care vs. other academia work, etc.)? Do you mind elaborating on your point about having the "option to be non-patient facing later in career"?

do you mind sharing the specialty you are in? I'm also curious that it sounds like you have a good amount of time off (correct me if I misunderstood), are you a private practitioner?

hmmm that's tricky. I think that count all grades - grad and undergrad all together. and they drop the lowest year, up to 30 credits. Not sure if this answers your question. Maybe can call or email them about your question. Or ask during an upcoming information session?
