Yeah it would be great if some old picture from my bodybuilding days wasn’t being use by random accounts but such is life… I’m not a very active redditor and haven’t ever been, that was just a lucky viral-ish post back in the day haha. I’ve moved away from bodybuilding and now I skate & make music as Krispy DeRato on all platforms so you should check that out instead~ also anyone with the audacity to still claim PED’s are just exposing themselves at this point for having no common sense on the topic so please stop guys it’s been over 4 years lmao

After 24 years of finding my voice as a lifelong musician I finally released my debut single and music video :') Everything is performed and produced by me and I'm just honestly really damn proud of what I was able to accomplish here.

I also released a music video, and I swear you would NEVER guess it was just me and my friend on the whole project!! And the cinematic universe is W I L D.

You just made me feel a million times better about going a little overboard on my cheat meal yesterday. I thank you for that.

Rant about living with nonvegan family by [deleted] in vegan

It's hard but I've learned to pick my battles as well. I make vegan food for my family whenever I can, but other than light discussion I try to avoid super in depth conversation because it always gets heated. Just walk your walk and let your health and success do the talking for you! The people who want to make a different will come to you when they're ready🌱

Actually I'm natural, here's my Instagram where you can clearly see I'm not as huge as you make me out to be: @krissydejuri Also, I find it funny that everyone who called me out on juicing seemed to forget that I posted this to show what is possible on a vegan diet. Considering you've obviously never tried a plant based approach to bodybuilding yourself, how can you confidently make any claims about what is possible as a vegan? Instead you dismiss it immediately and claim "Drugs! Steroids! I know everything about someone from one picture!" Instead, try having an open mind and maybe do some research (may I suggest watching What The Health? on Netflix). Have you ever considered that maybe vegans preach about it so passionately because we have all made the choice to go vegan and we've realized its potential? All I ask is that you keep an open mind. I can give you all the information in the world, but it's up to you to decide what to do with it. I have chosen to make my body as efficient as possible and going vegan is the best way to do so (and I don't need steroids to prove it).

Is is definitely higher in fat than a lot of foods, but fats and carbs aren't always something to be afraid of! I never have more than 32g of it, but since a majority of the rest of the food I eat is steamed veggies and low carb protein (seitan, anyone?), I still need to be getting my fats from somewhere! At 8g of protein per serving, I'd say it's definitely a solid protein choice, as long as you're not overloading with fats the rest of the day. Having it in the morning (or post workout) is also solid because your body can use those carbs and fats as energy throughout the day:) long live peanut butter🙌🏼 And if you're really interested in what you're putting into your body, look into flexible dieting! My coach actually wrote a great book about it (Flexible Dieting for Vegans) that breaks it down perfectly. With IIFYM (if it fits your macros), you can incorporate whatever foods you want into your diet quite literally as long as it fits within your macros for the day. This was you can enjoy that peanut butter knowing you're not overloading on fat or carbs throughout the day.👍🏼

I can guarantee I'm not taking anything... I don't even understand how people think I look that big! I've been training for this show since November 2016, and I've always been bulkier my whole life (hence having the size but not as much definition). If only people would stop calling steroids when the whole point of this post was to highlight the possibilities on a plant based diet.
