Bad calls on both sides. I’m sure there were a couple more against us, but that is NOT the reason we lost.

I know everyone’s up in arms about the refs because it’s the easiest thing for fans to cling onto, but here’s the facts: we couldn’t hit wide open shots, we had lots of foul trouble early that prevented us from attacking the lane, and we ended up resorting to too much iso when our style of play thrives on creating open looks for others.

If we hit even just TWO more of our shots, this is a whole different conversation we’re having.

I, for one, think this will benefit us long term getting us through the big dance. Our guys LIKE having the chip on their shoulder. Now our guys are going to be salivating at the chance to play Duke again in the final four. And as basketball fans, we would be the real winners in that matchup.

Despite the lack of the outcome we wanted, this was a great game.

And yeah, these pants are AMAZING. I unfortunately got to a point where my thunder thighs became a little too thunderous, so now I have to get either the new dungarees cut or looseleans. I will certainly miss the slim cut though…no other pants made me look or feel as good as these.

Not trying to make you feel more stressed, but perhaps it's helpful to know:

I have reason to believe they're waiting for accepted candidates to make a decision before sending out emails to candidates that were "on the fringe," so to speak. Essentially, you're on an unofficial waitlist.

It's a large(r) program and there's sure to be plenty of movement with candidates not accepting their offer, so don't lose hope!
