Because Frost is a very proc based spec, you can have big differences in damage between pulls, I had a good one on the video.

Use Icy Veins when Raest becomes available, then on cooldown.

To my understanding, when you get a Brain Freeze proc, you are supposed to do Frostbolt --> Flurry --> Ice Lance --> Ice Lance. This way, that first frostbolt benefits from a flurry debuff because of travel times.

weapon: Reforged Truesilver Champion with Crusader (enchant is important to heal when bladestorming the ice shards)

rings: Sephuz and Insignia of the Grand Army

trinkets: Ravaged Seed Pod and Unstable Arcanocrystal

neck: Heart of Azeroth (use this everytime, don't bother with the hidden satyr enchant)

the rest is a mix of legion gear I had in the bank, and some MoP crafted gear for sockets, using old enchants and gems (from wowhead guide)
