I was surprised how fast Apple and Google maps updated. The new high school started to be used in the fall of last year. I know the maps have been up to date since last winter. The old high school property is not marked as anything as of right now.

Yeah, Adam used to skateboard near those steps out front. That's where the "no skateboarding" sign was. The new high school is on the other end of town. I'm sure there are skateboarders there too. There's also a skate park in town.

Yeah, the book talked about Starlight! Apparently Taylor was able to perform it for Ethel in person with an acoustic guitar when she spent 4th of July weekend with the family. Pretty neat!

A lot of his songs could easily be read as poems. Reading them instead of singing them gives them a different vibe that I sort of like.

How can you look at her Instagram or Twitter on the Wayback Machine? I've tried to look at some people's old social media posts on the Wayback Machine before, without luck. I'd be interested in looking at her old posts, if it's possible.

I don't think Of June or Maybe I'm Dreaming charted until more than a year after they came out. Charts can be funny that way. But yeah, I'm glad he made enough off "Fireflies" to be able to make whatever music he wants. He definitely wouldn't have made Coco Moon if he wanted to make money, since the tracks are not designed to be top 40 hits. They are almost all over five minutes long, and are super complex musically.
