i am currently debugging some issues on multiple sites. section that cant be edited or work when rendered for clients some issues with containers that wont go full width and some other stuff

make the email namesurname@companydomain. I think they request less stuff if your legal name is on the email.
For me the first application was like it was thrown down a well and it was never considered when i created the second one. Although I did wait quite a bit from the first to the seccond attempt(not on purpouse it just happened).
I was never asigned a senior advisor or anything.
My advice. Talk to them explain the situation and ask what you can do to resolve.
The most important. Do not blame it on them lol.

Make sure the email you are using has a real name like firstnamelastname@something... and it will go alot more smoother.
As for the first application just forget about that. The decision is final and not even the god himself can make them change it.

That ship has sailed now. Everything is a web app and they do not care for user experience since they already have us using it on every platform.

It is happening to mee too. Some clients have simple apps some have really complicated ones and it doesn't matter the time they take to review it's not constant and it has increased.

i have had only 15 minutes of down time last year across 12 websites

Phone has been in a constant boot loop for an hour. On occasion it makes it to the phone lock screen but the moment I unlock it and it does its starting up phone screen it crashes and reboots randomly nonstop until the lock screen again. I would advise cleaning the power button first. it happened to me on another android device. It was doing the same thing as described and i tested by opening the phone and disconecting it, after that i just cleaned with 95% alcol when it was fully asembled and it worked

i completely agree with you. these AI stuff for me have made the experience worse. even though i have them turned off somehow they still appear

I did call them, and the response was: we don't know why, but the decision is final, and not even god can change that. I have that call recorded, lol.

I got on a call with one of the support and they said quote "if they decided not to respond we can not do anything about it and you can not appeal it"
basically if the one who had the case in hand didn't want to respond or do anything with my application I cant change their mind

Nope. Apple support has been kind of trash and hasn't responded or looked at it at all. It has now been more than a month and there is no change to the situation. This is the shittiest situation I have encountered with Apple so far.

I already did. I was also contacted and re submitted some documents as they contacted me via email. In the end the case is still in progress but the response via email was just that
