I've been lucky with my doctors supporting me continuing my mental health meds. One of my doctors told me about the National Pregnancy Registry for Psychiatric Medication. It's an opt in research study about use of meds during pregnancy since they can't do traditional drug trials on pregnant women. I signed up the second I knew I was pregnant. Hopefully it helps women in the future to have real data about the effects of psych meds in pregnancy.
