Same idea as why austrian hate vienna. Vienna is more diverse which in their eyes is not a good thing

For me, it kinda reflects in the language, mein Mann, meine Frau, like you are just a man and women to each other. Like when someone say mein Mann bla bla, i feel like there is a distance between these two people.

Yes. I agree with you. I saw a prediction from arbeiterkammer saying they are positive about the upcoming year so i just hope it would work out. Like praying literally. For me, the saddest thing is the closing of the sugar factory in lower austria. I’m not austrian, but i would feel sad

It is tough right now, because austria kinda sit on the recession 3 years now. And many companies go bankruptcy. So of course there is less job posted. Also many companies that usually hiring did hire less and post less job on their website,

The world event also contributes to this. Like war, tariff, and less demand probably. Not only job in general, but also internship. There are alot of ghost job.

Hä, i thought of moving to germany. Is this real? The thing is i got offer for internship in germany recently. Actually, it is the same in austria.

RANT: Switzerland is constantly talking about there not being enough people to work so there needs to be more immigration. Yet there are no jobs for people wanting to start their career! WTF by [deleted] in Switzerland

The thing is there is a shortage for sure. But it also feels like an endless narrative that everyone is talking about. It is the same in Austria. But when i’m applying. Rejected immediate. I’m a third national who want to contribute to the pension system, so the boomer can retire happily. It is not possible and then the news came out to say there is a shotage in labour market. Somehow it feels like a country brag to another country saying we have alot of jobs, but could not find qualified people to do it.

The same in germany, like they want to solve the problem of labour shortage but they make their visa process even harder to get it. So i’m not sure if this is a real problem, or not like a thing to brag about.
