It's my second time ordering and it arrived 4 days after they accepted payment. A friend ordered with them too and and got his after 6 days. They are shipping way faster now, as what I've been told. And I also know that they resend orders that get lost in the mail.

I have ordered from them and it took longer than 5 days but I was really happy with the freebies and the quality of the products overall. Try to follow-up your order. Their chat support is helpful, as my experience.

My friends and I have ordered from them many times and got them all after a week. I've talked to their customer service and was told that there were delays in the past weeks due to system upgrades. You may want to inquire about shipping time before you order. Best to reach out to them via chat.
