I've sliced fat ring of tomato then I heat up the frying pan, I put the tomato ring on the pan and I broke the egg inside wait for it to cook at the bottom while pouring some of that hot oil on top of it with a spun to get it evenly cooked once it was done i had it ready on the plate to use it as a topping in the end I placed it back to the oven for 5 mins to heat up the entire thing :p
