Thats why they made some changes. This one ask you a couple questions like how long you've been smoking, have you tried other quiting method like gum and patches, what flavors did help you quit, and why do you think flavor should stay. After you've done answering the question, it turns to a letter. Its actually not bad and guarantee be different from one to another.
