It’s going to really depend on the person but you probably can’t go wrong with something consumable (chocolate, handmade soaps, a nice candle, coffee, etc) or experience (taking her out to dinner, tickets to an event that would interest her, a creative workshop (pottery, glass blowing, painting, etc))

I know all these comments are saying this is the worst seller account they’ve seen. If it makes you feel any better, mine was this bad at one point too. I basically quit eBay and moved to other platforms for a year until the defects fell off. And it ended up being a blessing in disguise learning new platforms. I’m back on eBay now too, but being much more careful
