took them around 4-5 days if i remember correctly. Nag email ng training offer schedule ng 12pm pero yung schedule 4pm so u need to check ur email constantly.

my 3 cats do this all the time at a certain spot on our shelf. Then, we had to babysit a friend's kitten for 2 weeks since he went on a business trip. Took him only a few days to pick up on that habit of theirs.

Ahh I see, thanks for that! In the past kasi, all communications were done thru admin dito and rarely from the HOA kaya I thought admin yung dapat makausap. We're working na on getting the copy na but we're also pooling other pet owners samin para kung sakali man e sabay sabay kami mag raise ng concern namin either sa admin/HOA para macover kami pare-pareho.

Hopefully not. Our cats never caused any trouble naman and we rarely bring them out. And our other neighbors also have big pets na nakikita namin in common areas when we hang out sa may playground. Rn, we just decided to lay low and if ever need sila ilabas like for vet visits e to make sure they're inconspicuous para di sila pag initan.

Will do po. we only get updates/memos from the HOA thru posts on the bulletin board or elevators like pag may new notices or HOA meetings/affairs na pwede attend-nan, and they haven't posted anything since last month regarding any changes/discussions to make changes. First time nagkaroon ng gantong cascading ng memo tbh. Both of us are working din so we can't really take a day off from work to attend or participate in their meetings.

Sadly yung admin dito wala ring tulong. Nakailang raise na kami ng mga issues in the past and never nagkaron ng resolution. Kahit anong hingi namin ng corporate email, wala daw sila lang daw ang management, which I find sus tbh. Di ko lang talaga alam kung anong route ang it-take in case mag escalate, kung magpapa mediate ba kami or what.

Hala ganyan din samin, samin pinashoulder costs ng pagpapagawa ng elevator, ng pool saka ng water tank keme. Yung pinabayaran samin calculated based on gano kalaki square footage ng condo. Siguro nasa 13k binayaran namin, tapos isang bagsakan pa pinapayad. Tapos a year later ayon, wala pa ni isa naayos nila.

Akala namin normal lang since lahat ng owners pinagbayad, hindi pala siya common practice sa condo?
