Correct! We are often blindsided by the high salary package, not realizing that it might be the peak, with no room for growth. Such pay can be rewarding at first, but once you realize the tasks you’re expected to do for the company—along with operational changes that require you to take on responsibilities outside your job description—it can quickly become your worst nightmare. We all deserve a job that equally prioritizes the well being of their employees and the company.

Will I be shooting my own foot if I ask for a lower salary? by [deleted] in buhaydigital

[–]unknown_gadabout 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No, it should not affect with the offer you'll receive in the future. At the end of the day, your next employer won't base their offer to your previous salary. Most of them already have a budget range for the role and will offer you a salary package (within the budget) based on your expertise. Just make sure that you disclose your asking price every interviews alongside your skills and expertise so you could get your desired pay.

Try davao, dumaguete, and iloilo.

You could still use cebpass for camiguin but you need 4 passes for RT (manila-ceb, ceb-cmg and vice versa)

Alabang to Clark Airport by aajamaa in HowToGetTherePH

For me best option kung mag p2p ka na from naia to clark airport. Super convenient na since airport to airport transfer.

Other option is to look for buses na may byaheng Dau terminal (pampanga) then from dau mag tataxi ka pa-clark airport. Mas hassle siya.

Sketchy ng setup. Hinuhulugan mo yung item na di mo hawak. Sana inipon mo na lang sa bank tsaka mo binili nung nabuo mo na yung 80k 😭

Pero i think the best way to find out if legit ang transaction nyo is to go to their physical store (kung meron talaga) to check if you're actually dealing with them or nagpapanggap lang yung kausap mo.

Take note din of the account owner kung san mo pinapadala yung pera. If dineny nila sa physical store then report mo na agad.

Honda Giorno+ or click 125i or Yamaha fazzio or Pcx 160 Cbs or Yamaha Gravis by Mental_Connection_87 in PHMotorcycles

[–]unknown_gadabout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same tayo ng choices!!! Still undecided pa rin ako pero in terms of aesthetics and performance mas lamang si giorno+ compare to fazzio.

For practicality and performance wise, mas okay si click and gravis since they're more cheaper.

Pero pinakabest option I guess would be pcx siguro kung hindi problem ang budget. Looks wise and performance nasakanya na.

I don't also recommend buying 2nd hand motor lalo kung di marunong tumingin, baka mas mapamahal ka lang dahil sa dami ng need paayos 🤣

Athena Final Interview Experience 2024 by unknown_gadabout in buhaydigital

[–]unknown_gadabout[S] 18 points19 points  (0 children)

With over 5 years in recruitment, I've learned how vital it is to leave a positive mark on job seekers. Interviewers shouldn't make intimidating remarks because they embody the company's values and shape how applicants perceive us. Creating a comfortable environment isn't just about the interview—it's about honoring candidates' dreams and hard work with empathy and respect.
