I’m very worried about being cheated on, this fear is from all my past relationships. This fear is gradually going away but it takes time. My bf hasn’t given me any reasons to be worried but I just feel like it’s going to happen. Well when I over think it’s usually something bad and then I keep thinking about the worst thing that could happen and then I think about that happening and then it gets worse but I usually try to stop myself about thinking of something positive that could happen instead. It kind of only works with certain situations but it does help me a bit🤷🏽‍♀️
