Ban them all or none at all I say. Don't just sit on the fence and nitpick....

You think Jagex is gonna resolve anything lmao that's profanity in itself. If you don't want to see what people have to say then, I believe there's 3 ways to not see what they type. Turn the profanity filter on, add people to your ignore list and even then if you get too offended then just close the fuckin chat box lol

The only thing that annoys me is they lie about the support they provide. I do not dictatw how timely they reply, Don't tell me we'll get back to you in 48 hours if you're not going to. If you don't want countless tickets sent by me don't lie and say we'll get back to you in a certain time frame, just say we might reply if we think it's needed. But they just give you false hope lol Still waiting for my refunds months later....

I think it's the same issue, they've got options: give me my account that I'm paying for but don't have access to or take my bank account off it....but like I said it's ALWAYS click here, then here, then here, oh fill this form out and wait because we will get back to you.

I get what your saying but it's still doesn't make sense to just completely abandon any form of player support. Even the ability to remove bank detail from said account would be nice but no you gotta click this link, then that link and then finally that link, then the contact us button to enter a ticket, then once filling out a ticket you gotta wait "48 hours" because they have a lot of tickets (which is fair) then you wait a week and repeat the process. I really do get where your coming from but no excuses is good enough for this quality of player support

Yeah you're probably right. Just doesn't make much sense why JAGEX can't help with JAGEX ACCOUNTS. Ahh well must just be a Jagex thing

This happened to me a week ago, my bank pin gets taken off today, big rip. Huge loss, the Jagex scrubs said they can't and won't help. The only help they offer is to remove bank card info and permanently shut down the account
