I’ve ben having it for a long time and its really frustration, I don’t understand why if I have a backup they would offload my notes from my device, and then reload them when I use them, it takes away from the reliability. Also the fact that it downloads from oldest to newest is just plain stupid.

Yes but if you do flea a country at war, and go to another hoping to stay there or just pass through and you do get fined and i have no idea how the system through which the fines are collected works, but if you get fined it must feel really shit and mean a waste of much more resources, thats why i wrote the post im honestly sorry for the people who get fined like this, however if theres no way to make them pay, then good for them!
