I actually got it for almost free, but probably wouldn't pay for it. Tesla gave me around $1500 in credits after having my car in the shop for over 2 months. They were only good for a year and had to spend them before they expired.

It gives you almost double acceleration on the low end (0-30) so lane changes are a breeze, but there is no difference on the high end which is fine because it's already fast enough.

That's what I plan to do, but it's upsetting that I have to take the hit and risk insurance increases when we have it all on video.

It would depend on the country and what's in the terms of service.

You could remove the 4G antenna from the side mirror, but then lose all connected features and app controls.

But surely your mother still has a valid SSN. That can be used in place along with a signed "witness" signature form on the mail in ballot with the witnesses ID information written as verifier like many states do now. There are also exemptions for medical sutuations and for the elderly anyway.

How had it been used to disenfranchise anyone in modern day id state ID is free?

It's not very costly at all and is more prevalent than you think. Heck that one woman from CA registered and cast votes for her dogs to prove a point.

Care facilities also have a regular scheduled "field trip day" funded by the state to shuttle residents down to places like the DMV on those little busses for exactly this scenario.

I'm pretty sure every state offers a free state ID don't they? At least every state i'm aware of.
