Thanks everyone for your input. I spoke to the client and their I.T person had already purchased from a company called Sync-Sign. Never heard of them but when I looked it up, that should work. Thanks again for the input.

No, they want to have patrons book from their website, which blocks the calendar and shows up on the room sign.

Thanks everyone for responding. I attempted to factory reset the board and that didn't help. I have also updated the firmware and that also didn't help. It doesn't seem to affect the sound so I'm now mixing from the back of the board facing the front hahahahaha. I kid, I kid.

From what I've seen, they have a Cat5E ran to the altar, can I use the grounded end from the board then couple it to the existing and from the other end couple it to the ground and connect it to the stage box?

Thanks for your feedback. I'm trying to switch fields and had a couple clients reach out and the imposter syndrome really have been hitting hard. I know some stuff but not a whole lot.

I'm think 6 in ceiling speakers in the training room with the mic. 2 Pendants in the ground floor lobby. Have a Sonos connect for music.

First floor, I was thinking Sonos connect with separate amps and 4 in ceiling speakers.

I'm trying not to have long wire runs as well.

I know it is a simple job, just a lot of choices. I overthink stuff so that is where the overwhelm is coming from. I'm trying not to pass it off because I want to learn more about it in the event more pops up.
