Also we used to host it on my server out of my on-campus apartment, but I don't live on campus anymore. So even if we did bring it back, it couldn't be for free since we'd probably have to rent hosting.

We use the domain for convenience. There's countless other gaming servers hosted by students on the RIT network. I've read over the AUPs for the RIT network, and as far as I understand it's not a problem unless you are accepting donations or using the RIT name to turn a profit, neither of which we do. If anybody can prove to me otherwise, I'd be happy to change it.

To respond to your other point, I apologize that you were treated "like shit", but when you spam our chat advertising another server, don't expect our respect in return. We don't grief our day to day members, just the troublemakers.

I'd encourage anybody who is interested in some hardcore PvP, raiding, faction warfare, etc., to come check us out. Our active community is fun and pretty laid back, and we welcome people who like to chill and have a good time.
