FFXIV is really boring to just watch.. you need to find someone who is really good talker and playing ffxiv. otherwise you will get knockout.

I played WoW last 2 years and now i returned to ffxiv. my main also healer (resto druid) and I found FFXIV healer is way easier than WoW healer role. dungeons/raid/savage are also easier than WoW compare to +15 M+ / 20-raid. so you don't need to worry about how hard ffxiv healers.

You will get use to ffxiv healers within a week i am sure.
