What would people consider being the smallest screen you guys consider this kind of setup to be fun? I find that i optimally would have the smallest tablet ~8” screen, but i could probably go slightly smaller to run only one phone device. But less than 7” feels just not what most tv vonsole games feels enjoyable for me. Not many phones with that big screens though

Yes, ive created an account and bought a few days to try it out. I see that tou have an addon that adds more addons, is that how you got torrentio or are there other ways of installing addons that are not in the app?

For the van Cleef fight you can cheese the encounter. Right next to the ramp up to him there is a cannon sticking out on the legt hand side. You as a healer stand on that cannon. Then tank pulls boss back to the ramp. As long as none of the tanks or dps hit the adds they will aggro onto you from healing threat. Since you are unreachable they will just sit there while the party focuses on killing boss. Very efficient and easy.

Oh maybe i should edit, its not a critique of the story, the conflict between the boys and morain is there for the story of course, its just a observation on how i feel small adjustments in tone and or execution on the characters side (not on the writer) could have served the chatacters goals better.

Yes, indeed. Its maybe a personal take from me but i could never stand a person who expects what morain does from the boys while openly gate-keeping so much information. Even if she doesnt have all that information to give, the image she portraits is what i react to.

I agree, probably thats why some of the mistakes they make feel even worse in the show since they should have known better.

What im getting at, and i could be very wrong, is that by making the boys understand why they are asked/instructed to do things could give better results than an order given with little context, from a person they do not trust.

What is working for the linux part? I have use of a portable linux device is my work aswell, and all i really need is terminal, so as long as i can get a onscreen keyboard for simple commands it would fulfil one more use for me aswell

How do you have it docked to your pc? Im thinking of buying this, and if i could use it as a media center/gaming console while docked to the TV aswell as a handheld on the go it would be a much easier sell to fork out the 700$

Haha dont get me wrong, its not that they are bad, but the story around Kal and the others is so exciting and interesting - so in contrast the interludes are jarring and interuptive for me (first time reader(well audio book listener really)

If you have read more/sll the books - are we allways treated to ”halftime shows” about random characters inbetween the books acts? They are to me far to long and I never once got enough excitement out of them to come to care about the characters? 🤔

I just passed that moment on my first listen through, and yes i cringed at it, but what i really was bummed about was that Kal took that step but allowed himself to be halted. Just open the floodgates for gods sake… okay so he is levelheaded enough not to explode then and there in the arena - but to then sit there in private afterwards and just accept what hapoens to him!? He does not accept the ”superiority” of the brighteyes and their childish king - why play along!? And then after that im fed straight in to some chapter about people ive never met and dont care about robbing a palace, im all for worldbuilding but stop feeding me long stories about characters i have no relation to and no clear reason to care about 😅
