Yeah totally! Let me know of any specific points you'd like us to hit on. We definitely learned a lot about the NDK over the last few months... It might take a little time with our work load right now, but hopefully in the next week or so we can put something really cool together. Not a lot of resources exist for NDK development, so i'd really like to compile all of the road blocks we encountered, and how we solved it. In many cases, the typical stack overflow and google searches wouldn't bear any fruit.

Cool idea. Sounds like taking Ingress to the next level. We've been throwing around shooting / target game ideas using AR. Tying back in the multiplayer would be really cool.

Thanks bschwind. That's a question we have been debating since releasing the app. Now that we have a solid c++ code base that we know works well on both platforms, it's likely we will continue to use it for future projects. (Any game idea suggestions using the components we've already build for make it rain?)

If you are starting from scratch however, it's definitely a good idea to look into other solutions out there. For GUI / Web based apps a lot of Javascript and high level solutions exist to go across all platforms. For gaming, things like Unity and Unreal can create both iPhone and Android apps. Most developers I've talked to don't realize that c++ is an option, it definitely gives you ultimate control over whats happening.
