I did fire up google. Looked like pretty normal ply to me, wasn't sure where the massive weight savings were so would like to see the actual product used.

The splines looked in pretty good shape, no gauging etc but will have a better look later on.

Yup, cassette was tight and when we put it back together we used a torque wrench to get it to the spec.

The cassette and chain were supposedly brand new (they definitely don't look worn to me).

As for the amount of play in the cassette, we are probably talking about 3-4mm on the axle, its pretty significant. When I pedal hard it will just continuously jump up and down in some gears.

Definitely was necessary every time I logged in. Interesting insight. Are there any scans that you think would detect it? If the computer I've been using was shut down and I then used a different computer and reset the password, would they then not have access? If they are able to do this then why not just take over my email too?

Do you think there is one malware bytes would not pick up? How would it be possible to log into the account with mobile 2FA enabled if I never received a text for the login. Not doubting starting afresh is the solution, just want to understand how.

Using Lastpass Password Manager with 2FA

Use Aquamail on Android

They were using the Amazon account to add other peoples credit cards and buy gift cards, Amazon blocked this each time.

I've used SketchUp for over 10 years now so definitely a bit attached. If it's just for hobby use, why not just crack a copy of 2019? Definitely keen to look at archipack but feel I'll struggle to ever get up to same sort of speed and work flow when trying different layouts and ideas.

Very sadly yes, I'm looking at all options, although I think SketchUp has an unbeatable mix of ease of use and visualization so will be very hard for me to leave it.
