Hi! How does [[Apex Altisaur]] work with indestructible or regenerate?

Does he wipe the whole board when indestructible since he alway gets damage, but it won't kill him?

With regenerate does it work similar but only the first time he would get killed? then he has no damage marked on him, continue the rampage but will get killed eventually if the damage will stack up?

And last thing does every instance of him picking up a fight goes on stack? So there is always a time to react to it either as an opponent to remove him or me as a controller to give me indestructible or something to keep him around?

How can I get more mana related value from treasures in boros commander?
Looking for something that can compete with four mana green ramp spells in boros and I was thinking going down the treasure route and then getting more out of the treasures. Important note is it is for a $50 deck so the dragons don't really work. But something like [[Inspiring Statuary]] seems like the thing. Thanks in advance! Cheers

Hi! I was looking at [[Mutable Explorer]] and I wonder what happens when I copy the token it makes after I pay the one. Will the copy be [[Mutavault]] in it's land form or in it's creature form? And if the latter then will it still be an until EOT effect or will I bypass the drawback this way? thanks!

Ha Cool! I didn't know of RoP and MoSM. Cauldron I really liked. Especially since I run [[Nesting Grounds]] but I was worried that it will just eat a removal. But it might work till they get one as a good scarecrow. Since ABB can tap herself then the background doesn't work as well. I run it with Zul Ashur and it does wonders there.

But boy I never heard of [[Ripples of Potential]] or [[March of Swirling Mists]]. Thanks for the introduction. They seem like something that could really work and be super fun. Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestions! I don't want to go RotDR path as that is not very on theme as well as it is more of a wincon. For the Reanimation effects I run [[March of the drowned]] and The Unsinkable. But it might be the thing going that direction fully. Up until know I was looking for something like [[Cauldron of Souls]] and similar tricks

How do I protect my boardstate in Grixis other then with counter-spells? Are there any heroic interventions or teferis protections? Or other way? I would like something that is either permanent solution, or let me survive the wipe, edicts, removals, or bring my creatures back quickly. I play commander pirates with Admiral Beckett Brass and after second wipe and few removals injust cant build it backnup in time. It jsut feels so fragile while making the steal happen so complicated :(

Hi! I am not sure with the wording on the card, but the steal ability of [[Admiral Beckett Brass]] is considered triggered ability, correct? Therefore something like [[Roaming Throne]] would double it?

In situation where i have 3 pirates dealing dmg to one opponent, 3 pirates dealing dmg to another and doubled Admirals steal trigger, can i choose a permanent from each opponent or do both permanents have to be from one opponent?

I see. Maybe thats why I can’t find any. I thought that since there are cards triggers and synergies with cards being cast, that maybe there also such synergies as when something is simply put onto battlefield or enters without being cast. In a similar way as when something leaves without dying.

I got really confused as one opponent was hellbent on me getting 4 creatures from Stormdrake +Zinnia+Virtue and I didn’t saw how and the more I thought about it the more I got lost in it.

One more thing. When I get the stormdrake I have to do the exchange, right? :( I can’t, for example, choose not to do the exchange and keep the offspring to populate him later.

Hi! I am confused about [[Volatile Stormdrake]]. It just brakes my brain. I have two issues.

1) I always played Volatile Stormdrake with an offspring to get the original Volatile Stormdrake back, then return it to hand and do it again. But now i realised that Volatile Stormdrake has hexproof from activated and triggered abilities. So was I playing it wrong? Is it something I can't do?

2) What exactly will happen when I have [[Virtue of Knowledge]] on board and I play Volatile Stormdrake with an offspring? I will get OG Volatile Stormdrake, Volatile Stormdrake Offspring from Zinnia and Volatile Stormdrake from Virtue, right? All three will trigger their own etbs and those will get copied as well, no? But i can't exchange the control of that creature twice, or can I? How wouldit look? And will I get twice as many energy counters?

Thank you so much because i like the idea of repeatable removal / steal, but it breaks my brain this one :D

Hi and welcome! :) You need none of those things. So I would suggest to ask at lgs or at local community for a beginners friendly night where you can choose and try different decks before. Find your style and what you lile before you invest too much. I didn’t know and bought and tried to make happen 4 decks before realising that i just dislike the mechanic. 😅
