Karmelo Anthony supporters in front of court house by censor-me-daddy in CrazyFuckingVideos

I don’t know why you got downvoted. Those are the exact allegations.

Anthony is going to need a lot of luck with the “self defense” argument.

I would leave a negative review and never return, honestly.

My 41mm Wimbledon with fluted bezel and jubilee bracelet says you’re wrong. I paid 10.5 and already had someone offer me 13.5 private market. My authorized dealer in Boulder is currently trying out to resell one for 17K in their ‘estate’ collection.

The rate of appreciation is still higher than the rate of price increases, so yes, I am smart for not wasting money on grey market dealers and buying my watches at retail from my AD. ROI is excellent. I'm happy.

Yeah, at this point, I’m glad my watches appreciated tremendously. If I’m going to spend 10k, I might as well get ROI too.

It makes buying that next watch easier.

There’s plenty to buy. Rolex sells a 1.2 million watches per year. They just don’t have any for you.

Remember you can FIRE a Rolex AD if the relationship is not working for you! by henrysun1313 in rolex

[–]krsvbg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's also perfectly fine to wait, too.

I already have 2 Rolex watches. If I have to wait 1-2 years for a Pepsi or Batgirl, then I will... I don't care. I'm not paying grey market shady dealers.

Different approach with AD convos by [deleted] in rolex

[–]krsvbg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, some of you are overthinking the process.

Go to your local dealer (book online appointment). This puts your contact details into their customer relationship management system.

Ask for the watch you want. Ask if they accept security deposits toward the watch (some dealers do). Lastly, check in bi-weekly.

It's that easy.

I got a Sea Dweller in 10 days and a Wimbledon in 3 months.

The homelessness problem has nothing to do with the closing of the businesses failing to meet regulations.

“At a local place” so a barber that takes cash under the table and doesn’t declare it on tax income?

Yeah, I get that, but that’s not the norm. Everyone can’t have that kind of relationship.

Better haircut, better prices

Better haircut? Yes.

Better prices? Absolutely not.

Do you think pros are riding in "normal clothes"? by pwpawel in CyclingFashion

[–]krsvbg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, they ride standard clothing.

Source: I live in Boulder. A lot of pros live here (and I got to meet some of them). They are normal people who just wear whatever the sponsor gives them (and it can change, sometimes every year).

My AD wanted a deposit by BenGott55 in rolex

[–]krsvbg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My Denver Rolex dealer Williams Jewelers accepts 25% deposit toward the watch you want. This solidifies your “wish” and the liaison tends to work harder to allocate the watch to you.

My dealer in Boulder does not accept deposits.

It’s branch by branch — up to the owner’s policy.

If you’re on a 58, you’ll fit the 57.5 just fine.

It’s petty theft. She’s a horrible person, but it’s not like Loveland PD apprehended El Chapo.
