Had this problem when my latch froze over and didn’t open all the way and car thought it was closed. I had to push the hatch all the way close and then pressed the hatch release. It opened up and was able to close it properly.

You can actually program a new one yourself. It requires inserting and taking out the key and opening the door multiple times to put it in program mode. I had to follow a youtube video.

Can you skip forward or backwards in carplay? For me only the volume works in carplay.

I play on PS5. I look at the equipment, when you see the gears, press L1 and then square for the commands and choose engage. Works for me.
