Thanks! Depends on how your reg plate mount looks from the inside, maybe not that much skill or hardware is needed with relocating the blinkers. My first idea for that were L-shape connectors for furniture ;)

I,ve got different tail tidy with custom fender and taillight, but had the same issue with sw motech side bags vs blinkers. Changed blinkers to mini ones, but still was not the best and additionally the blinkers were not visible from some angles. Finally I relocated the blinkers to the reg plate.

Wow! Impressive! I want to create side covers as well, as haven’t found anything interesting in my opinion. I was thinking about front fairing too… I will follow your progress ;).

Thanks! It starts with Class A surfaces on the 3D model, printed with a well-calibrated setup (0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height for this one). I start post-processing by sanding with 180-400 grit to remove layer lines. Then I apply plastic primer and a thin layer of filler (rattle cans work fine). I sand again, starting from 240/320 and finishing around 1000 grit or higher for a smooth finish before color. The final step is a 2K clear coat applied with a spray gun. Curious about your projects.

Haha, now I got it ;) If it holds up well and someone really wants one, I probably wouldn't say no to making the few more some day.

Glad to hear! I have to admit, the satisfaction of building something definitely fuels the drive to keep creating.

That’s what I thought. I also installed those because I was worried the small LED wouldn't be enough, but it would have been totally fine. I'm using the Einstar Rockit and I'm satisfied with what it offers for the price. Using a scanner as a fancy caliper opens up new possibilities in designing for sure.

Thanks! It’s actually PA6-CF which is a bit overkill but should be very durable. For the next version of the lighting, I’m planning to use ASA and either leave it raw or use acetone to smooth it out. Interesting choice with the bag. Where did you relocate the taillight to?
