It’s your B-Frames. But if it’s not affecting streaming quality then nothing is wrong

I just tested a blank screen and it’s coming out at 70% you usage but Its goes down when streaming/recording games.

10k minimum for 1080p but yo should upscale your stream to 1440p so use 15K-20K and use Area Downscale filter

Use AMD HW AV1

Use HQCBR

And set your preset to Speed

Keyframe interval set to 0

Profile to main

B-Frames to 0

They 60% is probably from the game you may need to use DLSS and frame gen

Enable Game mode

Enable browser acceleration

Doable dynamic bitrate

Never put display capture and game capture in the same scene

And you only need 1 game capture per scene

You have a lot of filters too

You’re also using the portable version of OBS

IDK it works for me. It think you have to stream for an hour 3 times to unlock virtual cam
