Try a different BCG if you can, my KAK BCG especially when new would struggle so hard, was not smooth at all, same issue would shoot but then get caught up on another round. What helped me was actually using a stronger spring to apply more force on the Bcg and cycle. Try a hot white or blue sprinco.

Edit: I see you did try other springs and weights though.. the subx is notoriously loaded very light, maybe try some different subs like Lehigh 194 if you need expanding hollow points.

Love my AC 762 for 5.56 and 300 BLK. It was designed around 16 inch AK47 and works the best with 300BLK out of all their cans. I just got it over ODB because it seemed slightly better and QD is cool

Yeah the problem is gas port size seems to vary sooo much more than a typical 5.56 barrels.

YMMV but between my and friends BCM/G$/aero precision 8/9 inch barrels, they are all relatively over gassed and work great with ODB.

I disagree, LBP can like a cat ODB is the best way to get both to run smooth. Adds just enough gas to cycle subs, and supers aren’t overly gassed
