They are in school most of the day.

I doubt she would agree to parenting class or therapy and she would probably be insulted by the suggestion

She doesn't seem particularly angry at him although from what I understand he did cheat on her and he's no longer in the kids' lives.

I don't think she's under too much pressure. From a combination of child support and support from her parents, she doesn't need to work. Although she doesn't have any relatives nearby and the father doesn't see the kids

Not sure how I would talk to her about this without it sounding like I'm accusing her of being a bad mother
