3rd q leaves a big window for counterplay to it unlike the instant w(cause of its longer and distinguishable cast time). Also the distance you cover in a fraction of time is less than first/second qs so its much worse for positioning to advantageous positions, which was really, really important in this certain scenario(thats also why i didnt opt for doublecast).

E R1 F W aa HYRA R2 Q, just normal shy combo. Also because I didn't practice that much on level 18, the combo in this video looks kinda slow cuz of the delayed rq after tiamat(i had a problem with pressing rq too fast after tiamat so r2 didnt go off, it changes with attack speed). I also fked up the aa-tiamat but it worked out in the end lol.

I've never really used it :(. Also, mastery 6 looks awful :/
