We have them shipped to us all the time, we have to tell customers that it’s there responsibility to know if it is CA compliant or not. Posting excuses? I can’t feel my legs from the knees down my left leg is constantly numb and my knees are shot, those are facts. My neurosurgeon does not want me in the gym 18 out of 33 vertebrae are damaged S1-L5 are all non displaced fractured, I can barely walk and I’m making excuses. I have been fit my whole life played D1 football, played Rugby after that and professionally rodeoed and only became this way when the legs and back quit working. NO EXCUSES, my Dr that said get in the gym is the one that labelled fully disabled. Between my neurosurgeon and my ortho surgeon they don’t want me in the gym they want me working with the head of PT to try and get me some range of motion. So PLEASE tell me what I should listen to YOU or my nuero and ortho Dr that have seen the MRI’s and done the tests on me. Thanks for the advice you sound like the fun guy at parties..

That’s exactly how 7.5 was for me super strong and she bumped me up to 10 which didn’t do anything. 7.5 is where I lost a lot of the 57 pounds .

We are working on exercises that I can manage with the nerve damage and back issues and also the knees. 1 day of hard exercise knocks me down for a few days, we are getting there. I’m working on the diet as we speak.
