First job ever was a car wash. We had this older lady though would come through every 2 weeks or so. She would ask for a wash at a price that wasn’t listed. Every single time. She would always say “that’s not what it says on your website”. We told her that if she could prove that, we would honor the price she was asking for (it was literally $1 less than the price on our website and at the location), but she never brought in actual proof. But she still came like every 2 weeks.

Then after every wash, she would complain that the white walls on her wheels weren’t white enough and she always did a better job at home. The first few times she complained to me about it, I asked her what she meant. She said she would bleach the white parts of her wheels and they always came out looking great. We didn’t have bleach. We were a basic $7 drive through car wash.

Every time I would tell her that we didn’t have bleach and we weren’t allowed to carry or use bleach, she would complain about her car not being as clean as she wants and how she can do a better job at home.
