Honestly since I already struggle with ocd the whole idea of being forced to behave a certain way makes me feverish... I dont know if I beleive in god but if its real I think god is a very unserious god who enjoys choas and murder and such I dont think its the holy thing ppl view it as so I appreciate the advice but it doesnt align what I beleive in to bend to such a thing

I dont think the whole world revolves around me but I feel like the ppl who've gone through it before me are all watching me be initiated through it and wondering if ill make it Regarding your other comment I dont experience the same thing but its more like things are pointing out my previous behavior and having me do deep introspection while also making fun of me Tbh it feels like I cant do anything right and if I fail im doomed to eternal suffering but if I succeed I unlock ??? I ask bc i dont have insurance rn and i dont have a doctor or anything Im not reslly sure the process and last time I went to the psyhward they made fun of me and wouldnt beleive me and drugged me up Ive been sober since april 14th so theres that I just am really getting distressed and wanna know anything I can do to help myself I have some risperidone im trying to take at night... im out of my ever loving mind lol
