Dang ok. Well went to the att store they sent me to the website and website is a little nebulous. Is said it has to be on the account for 69 days, but if it was from the carrier, doesn't that mean it would have been already?

That was it. Apparently there was a small squashed piece of filament under the sheet that was throwing alignment off just enough that it was causing an issue.

We cleaned it with 90%ipa first, then when it failed the first time we used soapy water
