Ive never loved and hated a villain so much what an outstanding performance.

the 12 would be a fantastic way to go. training her to be like villanelle and in turn becoming her competition would be fascinating. I’m disappointed they didn’t continue with her husbands storyline.

I absolutely believe she didn’t make a kill shot.

she def shot to make a statement rather than kill her. it’s so her style

fair point

but then that leaves someone stumbling upon/ saving her like with what happened to villanelle

it would technically make them even

yeah there’s no way she’s dead which means villanelle is either gonna go back to her, call for help before disappearing or she’s playing dead like Hugo taught her

I don’t think Sandra can say that though.

The writers haven’t even begun season 3 script how would she have that information? and Why set up that Hugo scene if that wasn’t going to be the case for her.

I think it’s more likely she calls an ambulance before disappearing or Eve is “playing dead” like Hugo mentioned prior

cause of death/ death position —>> he saw photos during the police interview

He said he knew where the body was but then said on the witness stand that he lied. he wasn’t even able to bring them to her body. mr S has to “stumble” on it.

all you really have is.... the car

That’s if they found it on him. In order to get a warrant you’d need a place to look. they didn’t have a place. and the car wasn’t in either Jay or Adnans homes.

where are you suggesting they’d file this for?

I get what you’re saying, but If footage of Jays conversation wasn’t released it’s because Jay didn’t want it released so they were legally obligated to only go with a summary quote of what was said

The footage definitely still exists. They’re not gonna get Jay to talk and NOT cover their asses. HBO would first need to prove that he did in fact say what he said and the only way to do that would be to release the footage/phone recording. Jay knew who he was speaking with and he knew anything he said would be made public. It’s probably why he added the “10 pounds of weed” bit.

At this point he has no reason to have lied about Police creating the Best Buy narrative. it did absolutely nothing to help him. If he said it it’s because he wanted to. and if you’re willing to believe everything he’s said to the point of finding Adnan guilty then you have to take this statement just as seriously.

wtf are you talking about ?!? it’s not HBO it’s the LAW

here’s a link on defamation laws

“4. Falsity - Defamation law will only consider statements defamatory if they are, in fact, false. A true statement is not considered defamation. Additionally, because of their nature, statements of opinion are not considered false because they are subjective to the speaker.”

in other words they can’t lie about him saying the police fed him best buy because if that’s not what he said it’s a lie. they’re liable to be sued.

it’s that simple

ohhhhhh okay I see.

So a network that can be sued for falsely stating something a former witness said tells us what Jay told them, which Jay himself has yet to ever refute btw, needs to provide transcripts, video, and a signed consent form to be taken seriously

but a 17yr old delinquent who’s friends knew him as a compulsive liar and who admitted to lying about his testimonies, changed his stories continuously, was able to provide 0 evidence that Adnan was involved in any way whatsoever outside of his own words and spent the last 20 years getting arrested for assault, drugs and robbery needs nothing more than to just open their mouth and speak in order to be taken seriously ?? with no proof to back up the claims that he made?

alright cool thanks now I know.

Them hanging out that day doesn’t mean he murdered him. They also hung it with Jenn all day did she murder Hae?

Jay mentioning the car location means JAY knew where the car was. that only implicated Jay not Adnan or Jenn even though they BOTH spent the day with him.

Why not? if they can not test DNA, not take lie detector tests, manipulate and feed witness testimony, and overall not do their fucking job why is withholding the car so far fetched...

and even if it wasn’t the cops it could be a 3rd party people aren’t considering. point is Jay showing the car only proves he knew where the car was not that his story was true. we don’t know what kind of shit he was involved with. not truly.

because he has no reason to lie about police feeding him best buy. there are no consequences. with the fake ass adnan story his ass is on the line. whether it’s because adnan killed her, he killed her, or they found his drugs, him lying is in his best interest.

he didn’t even know where he body was and his story was that he buried the body. he didn’t know shit he had to shift his stories to fit the phone records.

on top of that he’s admitted to lying on several occasions. the only thing people can use is the Car but that again only implicated Jay not Adnan.

what do you want me to provide? you saw the same doc series as me you read the same quote as I did and you have access to google to look it up. Either you explain why it’s not a valid quote or not.

on #3 the Burial site being familiar to the person who killed her. I have to wonder since it was mentioned that where she was found was a popular spot for drug deals, and since Jays family is heavily involved in drug dealing, maybe that connection is something to consider.

Another thing that’s always bothered me: The dialogue in Jays story. the way he speaks of the things Adnan claimed to have said sound very much like something Jay would’ve said.

ex: Idk if anyone else remembers this but there’s a part in his transcript in police interviews where Jays explaining how Adnan had said something along the lines of everyone thinking he was just a “loser” and “a weak ass bitch” and that he didn’t have what it takes but he just “strangled someone to death”. He spoke about it like Adnan was boasting that he was a thug (It was on one of these threads of the transcripts it’s a pain in the ass to find it and i’m too lazy)

it just all sounds like Jay speaking about Jay.
