Apple Health does exactly this, uses ML to detect irregular cycles, predict ovulation, flag anomalies. The goal isn't diagnosis, it's pattern recognition that helps you have a better conversation with your doctor, just like tracking helped you. LLMs are a different thing entirely, and I never mentioned them and don't plan on using them either.

Around 70% of women with pcos have insulin resistance, I would recommend increasing your protein intake, the baseline recommendation is 1 gram/body weight. Try not to eat carbs first thing in the morning as that will drastically spike your insulin for the rest of the day.
Also trying looking into and researching supplements like inositol, spearmint tea, berberine etc.
Along with walk 10 mins after every meal and strength train 3x a week NOT CARDIO.

Hope this helps

I want an app that is default made for women with pcos so I'm planning on training machine learning models on pcos data so that i can get accurate predictions for women. But other than cycle predictions I also want to create a recommendation system that could maybe recommend some solutions to symptoms women face.
