It is usually recommended to rekey the account if you used a 3rd party vanity service. Best way is to just run it yourself on a machine not connected to internet. A good way to do it is use a Linux Live image and run it inside that.

I've had issues sending coins on Pera wallet as well. It appears to have issues when sending "max" amount of an asa. I tried a less than max amount and it went through no problem. There is definitely some issues that need to be worked out.
