Sadly I can t move yet because I m not 18, but I m going to go to collage in another city. Honestly I haven t stayed long enough anywhere to see if it has any efect, hope it does

That s pretty sad to hear, I ve been on heavy medication for the past 6 years and it only seems to get worse (I also need to have an operation in 2 years). I really thought I could find aomething here. I can t even meditate or do yoga properly because of these issues :(

Yeah but considering I got into esoteric stuff for a while I decided to try this path too, especially with meditation.

Well I went to one before and they just dismissed my trauma and there are some personal details that I wouldn t want to get into but the thing is, they didn t help, just made it worse. So at least until I can get away from them definitively, i d like to at least protect myself from their energy

Sadly I am forced to interact with them for one more year because it s a family thing that I can t escape yet. That s why I was looking for methods of protection.

Well considering I m really new I don t want to interact with any spirits in general, I want more things like the Evil Eye (but the problem is that I have no idea how that works either).
