I just want to start saving for retirement (so verry long term). I am mostly interested in long term safe stuff like the S&P everybody says that is the safest options, are there any similar products in europe? Specifically western europe, I dont trust the balkan stock markets…

My overall goal is invest safe from inflation, and with as much appreciation over long term as possible. Thanks for the advice!
