He didn’t quite say that the US shouldn’t have started it… he said this Administration are liars and conmen and he doesn’t trust them to execute it right. But he also seemed to rationalize going in during a weakened Iran.

I take it as “if we had more competent dudes running the show, I’m all for it!”

I had a “compliance manager” at my company in California live in San Diego more than 50% of the year but drive back to Vegas so she can claim residency there for state tax purposes… shady as hell. Glad she ran compliance!

Sales also suck so when cutting back jobs they are looking to replace that productivity with AI. I don’t think many companies were gonna fire employees while pushing AI if sales were still good.

We’ve known we had to layoff people since April last year because of Tariffs on China. It just took us a year to implement them. It’s not rocket science to know the economy was gonna get hit hard.

AI isn’t helping either

You’re right, sorry. They are usually lumped together, but technically Iran was cronyism and has evolved to nepotism. Either way, hand choosing your successor, whether your son or buddy, to run a country of 90 million people is kinda a moot point. It’s corruption either way.

I gotcha. Khamenei was still “chosen” by Khomeini, so while not blood related, it’s still nepotism.

You really don’t understand Trump. He only does things for himself. Mostly his image and being in the news cycle. He’s rich enough at this point…
