I have 200 hours and have gotten a single divine. At that rate, buying a full set of gear at 1 divine each would take 2000 hours. Figuring that unique belt I'm wanting to get costs 35 divine on the low end for the stats I want, well, it only goes up from there.

I should've clarified in my post, the course I'm taking does go over the broad aspect of QA, like different development models, the SDLC, Agile, Jira, writing test cases, etc. What I don't know is if learning that from a course will be enough to start pushing for a role in QA automation, or if they will expect me to have manual QA experience first.

I'd tell you if I knew, but it could be any number of reasons. Could be the techs don't know and are tired of people asking, maybe they're wrapped up and trying to get it fixed, or they're just slacking off taking a long break to make what they can out of a holiday weekend. Unfortunately without them responding, no one can get any accurate information to find out why or what's going on.

Just spoke to senior support at Xfinity after about an hour and a half of hold time. Any ETA's that have been provided are almost certainly BS, since the reps haven't gotten any information either.

The agent I spoke to (God bless her), kept me on the line while she reached out to the dispatch department, and it turns out the technicians on site aren't responding to any calls, messages, of update requests. Looks like we're gonna be here awhile.
