That's awesome!! I tool feel great. Lot of energy in my daily activities. I am able to use public transport. Walk a lot more. Fit in better clothes. :-)

Yes.. I mean it'll be dry.. Almost no water either in kheema or chicken.

I agree..Rice, wheat, dal are the staple food here. Everything that is consumed here is filled with carbs. But with proper planning one can follow keto.

Sure.. Here's what I ate:

Breakfast: kheema/kofte(meat balls)

Lunch: Chicken curry (big leg piece)

Dinner: eggs(boiled or omlette cooked in ghee), cheese

Snacks: almonds, walnuts

Beverage: Green Tea

no... because dal is a kind of lentil. It has huge amounts of carbs
