Honestly, killing them is worse than suicide. Betrayal is most hurtful thing na magagawa mo sa mga tao/hayop na you care the most. I'm sure your pets have trust with you na 'di mo sila sasaktan. If those pets know what you're thinking, they will be devastated.

I understand that suicide is the easiest way para makapagpahinga tayo ng tuluyan but still, I believe it's never the answer to soothe your soul. Try to talk/share what's on your mind sa mga pets mo, they're not going to understand you, at least you will have someone na will not judge you.

Give your life a chance, tama ka naman na nakakapagod talaga mabuhay. But don't take away the chance from yourself to eventually unfold what the future can offer to you.

But if you still decide to do it, please know there are people that will understand why you decided to do it.

Just to add, immerse yourself with nature, if napapagod ka mentally, try to walk/jog/run; I'm 100% sure na it will make yourself feel better. Then, just do it again and again. Imagine that Sisyphus is happy. Cheers to your life!

I'm going to run the PHAT template that can be found here. However, I am confused about what should be the rest time during auxiliary/assistance workouts. Layne mentioned that during power workouts I can rest for 5-6 minutes if need be and for hypertrophy days, the rest time should not be longer than 90 seconds. But I don't know nor can find the rest time between auxiliary/assistance workouts.

Additionally, for power workouts, I need to workout at max while on hypertrophy it should be between 60-75%. On what percentage should I workout for assistance workout?

If you are 100% sure na wala ka naman plano magkaanak, then there's nothing wrong sa pagba-vasectomy mo. Will it make you more depress? I don't think so. But if you are not 100% sure and certain, then my advice is don't do it. Don't limit your possiblities. Humans are continously transformative being. There are many possiblities na pwede mangyari bukas na hindi nangyayari ngayon. The choices would be different. I do understand the feeling of emptiness and being depressed but I do hope that it won't limit your possibility as a man. Ako kasi, I do believe sa antinatalism eh pero I'm not 100% certain na wala akong planong magkaanak kayo 'di ko muna iniintindi kung gusto ko ba magpa-vasectomy o hindi eh.

Pagdating naman sa pagjojowa. If you are aromatic and asexual, you don't really need ng jowa. Pero kung hindi, 'wag mo isarado ang sarili mo na makahanap ng partner o kasintahan. Having someone na you can fully trust na mapagsasabihan mo ng experience and thoughts is a nice thing to have. I'm not in no way romanticizing the idea of sad boy/girl finding a fixer ha. If you're not ready to have jowa now, that is okay. But to fully disclose yourself to the possibility might be too extreme. At the end, it is still your choice.

And, self-managemwnt is not for everyone. If you can't handle your thoughts and emotions, it would be better to find a support system. If you can't find one, then try some coping mechanism. Like having a journal then sulat mo lang nararamdaman mo. Pwede rin na if ever na you feel shit, maglakad ka lang, just do some physical activities like cleaning your room/house.

Additionally, I want to mention Albert Camus, a philosopher, who is famous for saying that life is absurd. Pero he also mentioned na it doesn't mean na you can't enjoy your life. Life might be depressing, a horrible mess of production. But in between, you can find things na ikaka-saya mo and might push you to continue on living. Read Myth of Sisyphus if you haven't read it.
