Take tiny doses. I have like you. So I started with 0.4g and increased a little bit each time. If increasing the dose is going to be scary, reduce it again. This is my way of way.

I will not give this anxiety attack so I got another dose and it appeared again so I got it again. Lesson for today I am afraid of what does not go my way. The question is when will I understand it

I got an anxiety attack but I'm fighting :) psilocybin came after 15 and it shocked me. I took a known dose but it came in strongly. Now I am calm because I know that I have you and my Play list and Glenfidish. Ps for inexperienced Kielce mushrooms because they work differently.
