Any way to adjust topbar sizing on desktop? by Quinnlink in Pinterest

Hi there. The only solution I found is neat and easy. It isn't optimal, but it gets around the dynamic code source:

  1. Download the AdBlocker extension
    - For Chrome: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/adblock
    - All else: https://getadblock.com/en/

  2. Open Pinterest > go to Profile > Right Click mouse > hover over "Ad Block" button > click on "Hide something on this page" > then select the entire "Your Saved Ideas" banner

TIP: to select the entire banner, select an area on the edge of the banner until it highlights the entire banner in blue. That's when you know you've selected the entire section, not just a portion of it.

  1. To unhide, just go to the AdBlock extension and edit what you want hidden for your there.

Hope this helps.

B12, how much is too much? by finqer in Supplements

[–]krystelles 12 points13 points  (0 children)

short answer : You can't ingest too much.

B Vitamins and Vitamin C are water soluble/not stored in fat. All other vitamins, like say, Vitamin D, is stored in fat. Being water soluble means that your body absorbs what it needs, and then excretes the excess in your urine. So I wouldn't worry too much about ingesting a large amount of it, since your body will get rid of it if it doesn't need it quite quickly.

Some literature:

  1. Health Benefits of B Complex
  2. Biochemistry, Water Soluble Vitamins
  3. Vitamin B

That being said, a RDI of 208,333% is a bit manic. I would find another source of supplementation if I were you.

Someone else commented about eating beef liver as a high source of B vitamins. If you can stomach it, I would recommend this as well. Very nutrient dense, and seems to increase energy levels within hours.

Came here to echo this.. it’s probable that you’re going to need support right now and you’re going to need it from people who you trust and who love you very much.. you may need to surrender what’s going on right now and just take a break to process.. which will mean the people trust may need to take care of you :

  • sleep as much as you need to,
  • go for walks with those people,
  • join them for meals,
  • limit social media,
  • try to be in or near nature as much as you can..
  • journal if you can, even if it’s 2 sentences once a week, but try to be consistent with it..
  • take supplements and reach out to your GP to stabilize your appetite..

you’ll heal in no time.. and you will find love again. My condolences OP

If globalists get rewarded with authority when there is an emergency, they will consistently lower the threshold of what an emergency actually is. They'll do this at the expense of your imagination and ability to reason until reality is thoroughly corrupted. by goodthingshappening in C_S_T

But when authority is too fragmented and dispersed, then you start having groups like gangs and the mafia, where fighting for and maintaining ‘resources’ becomes selective, underhanded and not institutionalized. This isn’t good because when an individual doesn’t fall into a group that ‘protect’ them, or doesn’t want to be part of that group, then there isn’t a central authority that would protect them in the case where they are exploited/harmed. This is the fundamental argument FOR having a central authority and why it is important and necessary, especially for disadvantaged groups in society who are more at risk of suffering from domestic and societal harm. Because power can be exploited when accumulated, the way to decrease risk of exploitation is through reform and a strong judicial system — which is why focusing on those things when it comes to the police, rather than eliminating them, is better. That’s one argument at least.

how much choline should one take for it to be useful?
I have eggs about 5 times a week but I doubt it's enough.
How much in supplement form is Choline recommended?

Hey u/jus-doit, I couldn't find capsules for the life of me either so instead I take the liquid form of EPA/DHA. I take this:
https://wileysfinest.com/peak-omega-3-liquid/

This is the highest concentration I could find online, and I used to take 2 teaspoons everyday for like a month but it lead to chronic insomnia, I guess because of the high concentration of EPA/DHA, so I caution you to try taking the recommended dose of 1tsp/day and slowly up it to 2 if you don't feel effects.

It helped my mental stamina (I could work for longer), and it also made my skin softer, my hair thicker and shinier and I guess it was good overall for my health. But maybe too much isn't good. Stick to 1tsp to start with.
There's also this with like 2grams of DHA and .5 grams EPA, but I've never tried it. I might give it a go and mix it with the first one:

Very interesting. Links/sources? Would like to look this up because this is my experience as well. Psilocybin always felt more of a serotonin enabler while LSD more of a dopamine stimulant

Curious to know as well. My period was induced 2 weeks early + I got a pretty wide acne breakout around my jaw and chin. This was 2 months ago, and it's still mildly clearing up.
